Repellex® Mole & Gopher products are minimum risk pesticides that are exempt from federal registration under FIFRA, Section 25(b). Repellex® Systemic Granular is EPA-registered (EPA Reg. No. 85493-3). Licensing requirements for commercial application vary by state, so please verify requirements with your state and local agencies. CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children.
